bloody triffids Dirk. I waited all day yesterday for a triffid, 3 came along at the one time. I was in Triffid heaven. my good friend Claudius was there also, he was waiting for a twiffid which is different from a triffid (so he says) anyway talking shite on my burfday

No snow in Catalonia, but about 18-20º C at noon.
But if you travel further to the inner country, I think they don't need any more snow.
Me, however, I like to play with snow, but little snow storms fall on this land really.

It was an old factory and warehouse in the northern side of the city, not far from the beach, in an old decrepit industrial quarter, now a nice place to go to a disco, pub or venue. It has five rooms, the biggest one, the one where the Minds are going to play, with a capacity of 3,000 people. Nice acoustic. One of the most influent places where shows are programmed, ranging from Pulp to... The Chieftains :)

working in the studio with Ian, Bruce, Jane and Smiley. Stuart has been recording two of our songs. Tony Butler has mastered 4 live tracks and I am milling about doing nothing at the moment. I will attack the piano in a minute, to write some more pieces for my master plan.

The gig was great. I spent two days with my voice broken, and four days with pain on my legs. Nevertheless, I enjoyed it so much.
