born relatively young,Scottish,keen footballer as a child,joined first band at age 9, named them the 'Tiny Troggs'.Played for Liverpool boys club in the Gorbals, Glasgow.Learned guitar at15,played in various bands. Made first record with the 'Subhumans (Subs) in London. Joined Simple Minds (Scotland).Joined Propaganda (Germany),joined Oblivion Dust (Japan). joined Spear of Destiny (England), formed newest band A Few Good Men, now Fourgoodmen. (U.K.).

Here, in Barcelona, summer already fell upon us...
Quite good for a German Your Majesty...if I may be so bold. The Spider bit was in reference to his little tuft of hair proudly clinging to life on the front of his big Omen Heid. Hence the official Simple Minds nickname.
